i have lost 30 ranking points without loosing any game. how is that possible?

It's correct, if you win against very low rated players, it will be too easy and this will effect how you play future games maybe taking it a bit too relaxed

I think ratings were re-calculated again, they were gone for while and then they came back again. I lost about 15 points or so.

Richard unfortunately makes changes all the time without ever saying anything. I saw the ratings being tinkered with a few days ago, briefly resetting to 1500 and showing kyu/dan and ELO at the same time, but my ratings are so many and change so much I couldn't tell if anything actually changed. Apparently it did.
