Class B tournament

similar to sections in Chess tournaments, this Class B tournament is for players rated 1600 - 1799. It is rated, and winners gain rating points, with the top player getting their name on the winner page! It starts October 1st, and the current championship should be just about over by then.

I figure, give people a month to enter and/or withdraw. As a paid member, I may as well use my hard-earned Euros for something!
