New ladder games not starting?

Usually as soon as a ladder game ends, a new one begins, so there are always three ongoing games for all ladder members. I currently have none. Anyone know what's going on?

I am staring at a totally blank screen for games. No tournaments.

Each player can challenge only one player. And there is no one to challenge you now, because everyone below you has already challenged someone. And you also can't challenge the player in first place, because he's already played two challenges.

Remind me why a new TwixT 24x24 championship hasn't started please. The last one ended quite some time ago. Do we have to wait until the first of the month?
