Championship 56

Hey! We've started, there are 56 players total, and the bot is gone! Gone away from our love. Thanks to my research assistant  ypercube.

gone by popular demand, but still available for unrated matches for anyone who wants.

Just register for some monthly cups or the Infinity tourney, please.

We will find you and - try to - destroy you on the board.

Unrated games are boring.

Said the cube - contrary to "popular" demand.

so far, the bot continues to DEFEAT MERCILESSLY all human comers, and even scored a win against it's better half, tbslow!

The defeat by the team showed the type of effort, and type of thinking needed to defeat the bot, but so far I'm not seeing anybody up for the challenge of repeating this feat.  Maybe an individual just can't do it - the point of the team is that there were always strong players to check and double check for mistakes, and individuals don't always spot their OWN mistakes when they make them,  If people can learn to play on their own, like the team did, and beat the bot, and even apply this type of strategy in human games, it may elevate the overall level of play here.

I have not seen it as of yet.
