Oh, and an honorable mention to Csaba, who came in 2nd to Thierry in these past 2, and who always does well, but somehow has not yet won a Championship. I remember Maciej had a long period of almost-winning, too, before he won one, so don't give up!

My congratulations to Thierry and, to all of the players who have made it far enough to participate in this section 1 championship! Good show! I'd like to give a nod to sleepywind - who ran away with my section 2 in the last championship. This was his first section 1 championship and I'm delighted that he performed well, including a knock out of the champ! It makes all of us who lost to him look better!

@Loïc : I certainly won the championship but I don't consider myself as being "the boss". I don't forget that the 4 best players didn't engage. The boss remains Maciej who is first in the rating...

When you win 2 ch in a row, you're the boss for the moment. Indeed, this ch are not the most difficult which occurs, but, today, you're clearly the boss of 2012.
I hope the next ch will see the return of the very good players of the game, but it's very good to win 2 ch i a row ;-)
