What is this?

These games seem fake.

User tournament info pages seem to be bugged recently, showing only a white screen. (This affects the Abstract Games League tournament too.) I believe there was a description, and this is part of a series of user tournaments where only students of a certain school were qualified to register. And of the four players in this one, I guess only rray07 was enough into hex to not forget about their games.
