I think that K12 loses but I've made an error somewhere and I would like to hear mootwo opinion on this. I think my error is 8 k9 or even earlier.

Maybe 8 G8, or 8 O3, or maybe something else on top. I think that 8 K9 lose to 9 F9 by force. For me this was a very impressive demostrationt by mootwo. In general openings are played according to ideas, in fact the whole game is played according to ideas but especially the first few stones. Our ideas are often wrong which is why we lose games.

I mean, 8 H8 or 8 I3, or something else. I hate writing coordinates.

Maybe 26 G2? Hmm... I hope I've not blundered like that...

Man, what are you talking about? Obviously winning position for black and you write about something imaginary blunder... Maybe write all possibilites [ I suggest move 8 or 6, but maybe move 2 would be correct? :) ]
and say you blunder... Be serious somtimes, please.

Daniel, a wrong analysis is better than no analysis at all, and moreover, where is the evidence that it's wrong? Show me a hopeful option for white somewhere. I don't see it.
At some point I had hoped that the ending would be white win on top but it seems I was wrong on that.

Saying that it's all winning for black is easy, it's what I've said, the interesting question is: where white went wrong? what are the better alternatives?

I am looking forward to the next "maybe" move. We can go on forever (almost). No sense.

Daniel, you need to find winning moves for white, not for black, lol. :D
11 Jul 2020
Ok, but i didn't wrote about 26.g2 (and few another).
11 Jul 2020
Winning moves for white? Don't see.
12 Jul 2020
Just curious, is 24.k6 winning for white? If not, how does black refute it.
12 Jul 2020
Nevermind, 24.k6? is obviously met by 25.k7!
12 Jul 2020
How about 8.j3, connecting to the north east edge? Then, if black tries to sever the connection to whites central g7 stone by playing 9.h6 white can push westward with 10.g4.
12 Jul 2020
MADhex, 8 j3 is definitely the simplest choice and often the simplest choice is also the right choice so who knows...
One of the advantages of 8 j3 is that it allows k9 to be played later.
12 Jul 2020
Well, assuming there is a "later" at all. Black is always threatening to win immediately.
