For those who write papers about Havannah

Today, I finally uploaded my LaTeX package for typesetting board diagrams in Havannah (and Hex) to CTAN: https://www.ctan.org/pkg/havannah is a demo of its output:!http://postimg.org/image/64vatjugb/!

Thanks!, but how do you actually run this package? Any external programs required?

You need LaTeX. If this doesn't ring a bell for you, then spending your time on learning the LaTeX markup language (let's take part of Timo's thesis as an example: https://github.com/tewalds/thesis/blob/master/playing.tex) just for a few pretty diagrams may be an unoptimal investment. You can as well use screenshots from trmph.com, for example.

Very cool, are there any theoretical publications on the game?
