HexWiki mirror on trmph.com

As HexWiki has been down for a while, I've built a read-only HexWiki mirror at http://www.trmph.com/hexwiki/ for Hex players.

The data was collected by a custom script that merges multiple archive.org snapshots of the original site. A few wiki pages including "Hex_humor", "Tom's move", "Y_puzzle_solution", "Yielding" etc are unfortunately not cached and thus not present on the mirror. Also removed are some blatant spam pages such as "Buying_Replica_Omega_Watches_Is_Really_Not_A_Bad_Thing".

Almost all CSS and JavaScript have been stripped so that the pages load faster and look more readable on mobile devices. All broken internal links have been identified and marked as red. Outbound URLs may or may not work, though. I didn't bother to verify.

Another known issue: "Special:..." and "Category:..." pages are not mirrored. They need some special treatment, but I don't feel like writing more code on this Thanksgiving night.

2. We can re-create "Tom's move", which I think is just the double ladder escape.

The advanced strategy guide actually has a section on Tom's move (although it could use some improvement).
