Hex Bots?

Are there strong Hex Bots out there somewhere?
What would be their LG rating (for size 13, size 19)?
Is there progress since http://vanshel.com/Hexy/ ?

"AI SIX" was playing here for a while. I don't recall who the author was or who set it up to play at LG. I wouldn't say it's "strong".

Nowadays I believe the strongest Hex engine is Mohex, which is part of the Benzene project. This is for Linux users. Unfortunately, development seems to have stopped. It's a real pain to get this software to work, since it uses an obsolete version of fuego and requires major tinkering. I slightly modified their GUI to offer more display options The previous link also contains a description of the hoops you must jump through. You can see some images of the new display here

Hexy is pretty good, I ay that from time to time, but it only goes to 11.
