Something wrong with the waiting room?

Is there something wrong with the waiting room?
Because I see there are already 12 guys registered there but the games won't start.

Wow, it's sad that it's been 4 years and this bug has not been fixed yet!

Try 10 years and counting.

In the -2 hours forum topic cited above, on 2010-05-14 I proposed using daemon-free methods to do the things the daemon does now. AFAIK, the various functions could be changed independently, one at a time, so this wouldn't necessarily be a giant project. E.g., first convert the starting of the monthly cups. If and when that's working daemon-free, convert the waiting room. Then Game of Empathy. Then the starting of user tournaments. And so forth.

That would be great. However, I have never heard anything about a plan to fix it. It feels like the developer doesn't always pay attention to the forums.

It seems quite persistent this time, not to mention annoying.

We, the true followers of the Little Golem, knows that sometimes the Golem sends troubles like this to test our Faith. But the Golem always rewards his Faithful by bringing Joy and New Games to those who wait. The heretics who do not believe in the Golem, and wanders ftom the True Site, will be lost to the Darkness that is Other Sites (or even worse - the Real World!).

There are no Other Sites - stop spreading these stories of deceit!
