There is a remarkable definition of a horse in the first Polish encyclopedia from the XVIII century.

No rules checkers. Instead of jump taking, half jump squashing. If you make it to other side instead of a king you score a goal and get a new piece on your back row. Swap colours anytime you like. Arm wrestle for extra back row pieces. Start with all kings. Play with Oreo's and eat them.
