The Dameo program doesn't accept all legal moves. I can't make the move I want to as my first one with Black.

If I want to start a tournament (actually, even if I don't), what's the password for? Can I just choose one?

It is only if you want password protected tournament (not public).

There's a class of Draughts problems labeled "Incroyable mais vrai" - here's a Dameo miniature that complies.

As usual in Draughts problems it is 'White to move and win' and there is one key move.
