I saw some games where a draw was possible when no one gets to six points. Is this rule still effective in LG ?

yes, I have had two "draws" when the score ended 5-5. I wonder if the score ends 5-4, is that a draw or a win for the 5?

Rules:- draw would happen if both players have one card left and start a new round

Another site:- if both players run out of cards then one with best score wins

From rules on Ocean 11 rules:
If both players run out of cards, the player with the most wins is the champion. If they win an equal number of hands, the game is a draw.
So if, for example, the score is 5-4 then it's a win.

It 'feels' right to me that a 5-4 result (and therefore 5-3, 4-3, and so on) should be a win for the player with more won hands, but it also 'feels' right that I should have a tail, so who knows what my intuition's worth is here.

Nice same-time post! Hi Richard! A tail it is!
