Qyps , I just can't find a move that works

Can't break links to bottom or right edges
So break links to left side
One hex in
Both have green
You have green, put in between, find a combination order that selects both of them, or more likely 4 of them

can't break links? I didn't see that in the rules, or I just don't get it....

I don't have a green piece to play???

Reference to colour is only valid if we have cycled board display to same setting, so will avoid that
Your opponent has a winning position because they have linked all 3 edges together
They have 2 routes to every edge, which is good play
Only the left edge can be attacked because it has 2 pieces with matching halves but you don't have that halve to play
But their two pre edge (one piece in from edge) pieces also have a matching half which you can play
Plus another two linked pieces have that halve
The tricky part is playing and selecting pieces in the right order to flip them all

I found the design scheme with points,

on the left side there are a open space between 2 pieces with color 4 , but putting my piece with a 4 there doesn't work

aha, first clicking the opponent piece and then adding my own piece and then I could click one more piece on the other side
