turning more than 1 opponent's stone in WYPS?

In this game my opponent turned 3 stones in move #4. Is this really possible or a bug? I thought it is only possible to turn 1 stone...

If the 'word' is a straight line, all opponent's stones in it flip over. We really need to get the rules updated, if only in the FAQ.
