Strange behaviour of kokoro 2d

I had just started a game against kokoro a 2.5d listed as japanese, and at move 3 he suddenly resigned leaving this message: "THIS IS A MALICIOUS HUMILIATION FROM THE SITE." anyone has any idea of wth is happening?

I have no idea, but my best guess is that he was not aware that the game would be a handicap game?

Well, Kokoro did play another monthly tournament, it's true, he was around 14 kyu so didn't have to give much handicap.

His rank dropped from 5d to 2d because of five ridiculous handicap games resigned before move 10. The scoring system counts these games as lost even. Games lost with less than 10 moves in 19x19 should not be counted at all. I guess that is what he means by humiliation. He is very strong, but there is no way one can win 9h games against decent players giving them 36 hours per move. It is the reason I no longer play monthly cups.
