Android or HTML5 apps?

Are there any apps to play the game of Breakthrough, with a decent computer player? On an Android phone (native app or HTML5).

I only know of http://tplay.org/ but it plays weakly, even in my beginner eyes.

(BTW, I am not looking for apps that connect to online servers.)
