From what I see, you have moved your rook earlier, but one of the conditions for a castle is that both rook and king have to be on their original squares.

Interesting. I tried exploring the situation in Analysis mode. And I also read the castling rules for 960 Chess.
In my opinion (and understanding of rules) you should have been able to move your king to c1 and move your rook back to d1 as soon as you removed the black bishop. But it won't accept any king move at that point. I also tried after removing the white bishop as well, but with no difference. Then I moved the Rook to a1. And to my surprise the king side rook worked normally.

I think this should be considered a Bug.

Oh I was testing for white but you were black in this game. But the above is still true.

I understand how useful the queenside rook would have been here ;) Anyway you finished the game with a strong attack!
