Shogi: location of the pieces in hand

Public forum discussion.

Hi,

Since the new design, there seems to be a problem with the display of the pieces in hand in Shogi: they are all drawn in the top left-hand corner (at least on Firefox and Chrome). I don't know how to select them for a drop...

I wanted to report this too. It's a big problem because it makes shogi UNPLAYABLE!

I think you can select the piece by clicking on where the piece should be (in the box to the right). It is a pretty big problem though

But as they are drawn all at the same location I can neither see which pieces I have for a drop nor which pieces my opponent has

If someone invites me to a game, and instructs me how to reproduce the symptoms, I'll try to add something to my Greasemonkey script (see the main forum).

I can't see all of my captured pieces on mini shogi.  Just one of them...

Ruroni, How about checking out the workaround of adjusting the size of your browser? No matter what browser you use on PC, you can adjust it by moving your pointer to any corner of it. It may work. Here is the copy of my post to another forum topic titled "New Design".

"Using Google Chrome. Shogi is perfect now. Thanks. Minishogi still has a minor problem to display piece stands. We need to adjust the window size of the browser to display them properly, but they are okay to use for me. However, I guess some users still may have some problems in displaying piece stands thoroughly unless they know the workaround of adjusting the size of the browsers they are using."

I play most often on my iPad and there are still problems to see all captured pieces...

Resizing does not work here.
