my game ended in king vs. king, my opponent refuses the draw. Why is this game not automatically finished by the server?

I think ye should 1. contact the site Gods about this. 2. try for a 3 fold repetition of position whilst requesting a draw with every move. 3 If your opponent continues being a jerk spread the word of his poor etiquette(mention their name) and add him/her to your blacklist.
