Once more I'll 'invade' this forum to brag 'bout one of my accomplishments. Today completes 25 years since I was a chess arbiter for the first time, in a tournament called "Copa da Criança" (Children's Cup), held in São Paulo, December 5th and 6th, 1987. The event was composed by several round-robin groups and I (then 11 years old) was responsible for the main U14 group.

More like a designated testimony then. But the next year I was fully on it in a few tournaments and by the age of 15 started to make my living of it. By the age of 18 I already had all the requirements for being an IA but only achieved that four years later. I'm still making most of my living from chess tournaments. Unfortunately for me, I live quite modestly... 8-)
