i can i get in street soccer

At the "Main Menu" (left side of this screen) click "Games", then click "StreetSoccer".

There you can registrate for a tournament (starts quick) or the "championship" competition (should start in mai or june again).

Rules you can read at "Rules" and a newer version in the StreetSoccer forum: "Complete rules for StreetSoccer at this site".

See about an other posibility, the "Waiting Room", and everything else the "FAQ" in the "Main Menu" (at "General Game Play").
