How do you start a new Tournament?

it appears you are already signed up for the four in a row monthly tourny. Now you just have to wait for enough other people to join and the games will start automatically (it's probably discussed in the FAQ)

In the faq you find answers to all your questions I read thusfar. A Rated tournament starts when 4 players in your league sign up. (if your new in a game you have to look to the 1400-1600 range probably), in a monthly you need 5 players, in the championships it will occur once in a while. (if all games in the previous are finished)
