Klaashaas has a ladder for all round players.

It might be nice if many players could join in.

Maybe it could become an official feature.

This is found on his player site:

Master of LittleGolem-challenge

Congrats to Taral. He's the new LittleGolem Master! Do you think you'll stand a change against him? Then what are you waiting for? Message me (= Klaashaas)!!

Rules

The rules are simple. We will play two games of each type (opposite colors). ALL the games that are offered at LittleGolem will be played (yes, this means all three Go-games!). Each win is worth 2 points, a draw 1. The player who gathers the most points wins the challenge and may call himself master of LittleGolem (as long as he manages to keep winning challenges). The result of the Go 19x19 games only count as tie-maker or tie-breaker. The score in a Street Soccer game after 52 moves will count as the final result. Send me a message if you are interested. Maybe we can set something up.

This started as a fun challenge between me and Robin. I'm glad several new players have showed interest in it and played in the lg-mastership ladder since then. Until now, there were too few players to have a real ladder structure. Recently, several new players have joined, and I think we might need to move to a strickter ladder system where new players start in the lowest rung). Opinions/ideas about this are welcome, because I'm not sure yet what to do.

A point of discussion has been the domination of Go. All three go variants are played, and this gives the better go player an advantage. I choice to do this to avoid a grey area (if we pick one go-variant, which one should it be? Shouldn't we pick either hex or twixt, and not both (same for gomoku and 4 in a row), because it gives the connection-people/stack-people an advantage). Now, the rule concerning the games played are easy: ALL games that Richard implements (and will implement in the future) at LG. (period). Opinions about this are welcome too.

Last point: Maybe an all-round championship supported (and automated :-) by littlegolem could be introduced.
