Time in unstarted game?

I'm in this game, which didn't start yet:

I'm a bit confused by what's happening here:

My opponent has to make the first move, so his time is running down. But my time has been running down too: I have only 24 hours left on my clock, while it has never been my turn in this game, and will never be until my opponent makes his move.

Does anybody know why I don't get my 240 hours for this game?

It's a (known) bug. If it costs you vacantion days, you can message Richard, he will restore it (did it for me in the past)... If you've already spend all your vacation days and lost the game, well... then vette pech... :-(
