Serious time problems

I just made the first move in these two games:

97118, 97114

These moves should have brought my time close to 240, if not over, as the tournament just started.

However, after my opponents made their moves, my time went down to only 1 hour.

This problem has been documented in a number of forum messages, and I've sent private e-mail to littlegolem, and it has been more than a week with no acknowledgement from the site administrators.

What is going on?

It just happened to me again. All my games in the Twixt championchips were I made the first move suddenly left me with only one hour to go! I have sent messages to Richard twice. I got an answer for the first (he gave me some extra vacations days which saved some ongoing games, but did not bring back a couple of games that were lost due to this fault) but still no answer on my second message.

same thing here ...... my games were timing out so quick I resigned alot of them because I am gonna need my vacation time right off and can't afford to lose any more vacation time

What is this?

Is it the 20 days you get every 1st of January and is spent at the end of February?

I today updated software and I hope this is end of problems with time.
