site breaking and the time .... ??

When the site breaks, why does thinking time decrease,

and why does vacation day decrease ??

Example this happened last sunday.

I tried connect to site from 0 o'clock to 5 and

it was unsuccessful(!) (i had got 5 hours to move).

I went to bad.

When got up and tried connect (it successful) I

saw that decreased my vacation days. Why ??

(Something similar happaned one week ago too)
