Distinguishing g from q

For those games where q is used in the coordinates for the moves, it is very difficult to distinguish g from q, since the moves are underlined in the move list. How about using capital letters instead, with the exception of i? This is only for Go, Gomoku, Twixt, and any other large boards.

I find the same problem in distinguishing between i and j and l

I have to look at the board position to be sure.
