In times with problems we have to say...

...a big THX to Richard for doing this site!

This site is a great thing for all players of abstract games.

So i hope all players will use this thread to say thx to u :-)

So i start:

Thx Richard!

Tobias (who knows the feeling form www.brettspielwelt.de to be away from your site...)

xandern

thanks for the free server

Yes - it is all too easy to take the site for granted. Come to think of it, I've posted several posts, but not once have I said Thank You to Richard.

So: Thank you very much for providing this site! I enjoy it immensely, and I'm happy to have found several good HEX-players here.

Thank you so much, Richard. Thanks for the worlds best Hex site. And the worlds most active hex site.

And don't forget Amazons. I am happy the site is there again. As far as I know, Little Golem is the only site where you can play turn-based Amazons. Thank you Richard, once more!

Thanks Richard. This IS the best site!

Thanks for maintaining a free turn-based game site over a long period of time. It's like all of my hex fantasies put together, with other games as a bonus!!

A big "Thank you" for maintaing this most enjoyable site! And, Welcome home Richard!

thank you for the fabulous site. it is obvious what a labor of love it is. thanks for all your dedication and energy.

Welcome back, Richard. And thank you very much for providing this wonderful site.

I am also grateful for this great site. Thanks. I am also curious - is there any background information & history on Little Golem, Ricard, and how the site is funded?

Well, I won't thank you, Richard.

Because of you, everyday I waste my time at work playing Go.

So next time you have an idea, keep it for you, or try not to make such a good job :-p

I am new here but must say I am really happy here. Thank you to everybody concerned for giving me an opportunity to squeeze so much joy from every day.

Yes Richard, thank you for this wonderful site, thank you for making it almost usable. This site is great! Dont think about stupid people, who want some features, who give idiot advices. They say, its good for you, if the site is usable, because more people would use it. Bullshit! This egoist people want you to work for nothing. Forget them! They dont pay you, why do they think they may ask you anything. Punish them! The best thing, if you even dont answer them. This idiots will hope, hope, hope. I think they will hope for some answers for months! Hehehe. Oh, i almost forget, I tested it, and I have to tell, that the site is too reachable nowdays. There are only some hours, days, when its unreachable, and not every day! Why? I can imagine you pay a lot of money to keep the site at this very professional service provider. Why dont you put it to a free place? You can see, I am with you, Richard, I love you. Some more things. Very important to keep every game in an unusable format, if not, they will analyze the games!!! Its not enough to hide only some things very deep. The 'list of players' is not the most frequently used option. (But I have to congratulate for that, because its completely unusable, unsearchable - perfect!) Hide the 'my games' (or very consequently sometimes named 'your games') option. That would be great! I read, somebody wanted to auto-refresh that option. No! NO!!!!! Let that lazy, disgusting, modern people work a little, if they want to play. Let them just press and press and press... Oh, wonderful to imagine their face, when its still nothing, isnt it? Hehe. And this way the game is longer, too! What a beutiful benefit!

Richard, let me thank you very much one more time. You are a great person! I am proud of you.

Gábor

As I cannot disagree with these people, I also will say: Thank You!
