country flag setting and email

How do I set my country flag? It's currently set to 'null', which I don't like.

My mail was bouncing for a few days and now I'm not getting email notifications. Is there a way to fix that?

To set your country:

Click on "Login/New user". Then, ignore the login fields, and click on thr new menu item that has appeared, "Edit user profile". Then set your country.
