12 hours of additional time per move is definitely not enough. In my opinion, this will discourage many potential participants from joining the tournament and will result in a large number of games ending in a loss due to time running out. I believe that an additional 24 hours per move (max 72 hours per move) is the absolute minimum. Personally, with this time format, I cannot sign up for such a tournament, as I know I wouldn't be able to stay within the time limit.
