Password reset under Windows

I installed the Little Golem application from Google Play on an Android tablet.
Generally, the application works wellness, except for those few days when it was impossible to play.
I can't register on https://www.littlegolem.net under Windows.
I send a request for a new password, the website sugestie Thatcher a new password has Beenhakker sent to my e-mail address, but nothing comes.
What should I do so that I can play both on Android and Windows on my laptop.

The android app seems to work now. Follow the instructions to get a new password.
I don't understand the sentence "the website sugestie Thatcher a new password has Beenhakker sent to my e-mail address, but nothing comes", check maybe on a different mail address ?
