Membership and vacation days

How can I find out when my membership is set to expire? Also, what happens to my yearly allotment of vacation days, when it does? Thank you.

I propose we give more vacation days to people who win tournaments... :P

I'm sure this has been covered in the forums before, I just don't know how to find it. I paid for a membership via bitcoin and included a note that mentioned my username and why I was paying. How do I turn that into an active membership?
