have you sent a message to Richard M (webmaster) yet? I recommend you take that action. For the record, I note there are currently no other monthly cups with five or more players, so I wonder why only dots 5x5 is not starting? (currently 12 players waiting for a monthly cup!)

No, 14 is not a record! The monthly cups have stalled before...But I see Richard has fixed the problem now, so you can start connecting those dots.
