Any games that are deemed to be biased

Should be played as a pair of games to remove the bias

To keep step in both games only allow move in game with fewest moves made

Hex has the pie rule... so actually it is a win for player 2

Maybe add a split rule (like blackjack if both cards are of the same value)

The game becomes two, with and without the pie rule been used

Still hoping for Hex with the 12* placement rule to see how it compares to Catchup.
