Suggestion: Add game invitations with random first player

Currently if you are inviting someone to a game you have to choose who is going first. I was thinking it would be nice if there was the option to have the starting player determined at random.

You can also use this where you still have to chose at random whether head or tail is you starting or your opponent

Most sites also have duo start, each player starts in one of of two games, maybe the fairest method
