in all fairness,consent should be given before playing games with cheat tools.it is a hollow victory,proves nothing.

If you entercounter such a game.how can you exist it.a loss,win or tie would not be fair

If you resign before you have played any moves, the game is not rated.  That is the way many people on this site handle it.

What do you mean by "cheat tools" and how would I know if my opponent is playing a game using "cheat tools"?
