The 2016 yearly cup for catchup is well underway
https://www.littlegolem.net/jsp/tournament/tournament.jsp?trnid=catchup.NEWSTANDARD.mc.2016.final
but I just noticed that the 2015 yearly cup has not started, see this page:

Has anyone noticed this skip in other games? Any ideas as to why?
