this historically has happened to me several times over the yearts,has it been the same to thers here?

I have not been able to login to LGM for almost 2 days.all other websites,my browser,my computer,my server   all ok.

You shouldn't play so close to the time-out limit, LG happens to be offline for a few days every once in a while.

Hi Fingerpuppets. It is a pain and very frustrating when it happens, and I know the feeling all too well. For the same reason, 1 day ago, I timed out some my most crucial games in Havannah at top level. It is very unfair but life itself is unfair!

It's been 10 years since it happend to me the first time, and I remember the anger I felt. I even asked some of my opponents to replay the same exact game to experience what the outcome would have been. Over the years, I still haven't learnt to manage my time any better and I am usually out of vacation days in march the latest. I have learnt one thing it is that it is mostly my own fault. If I time out, I should play less games! If a game is important to me I should play that game first ! Instead I am still playing routine moves of Einstein instead of confronting with a difficult situation in Havannah or twixt....

This litttle story won't help you much, but I just want to say, despite the frustration, I am still a great fan of this site and I play nowhere else as regularily as at LittleGolem. I appreciate that this is the work of one person dedicated to the sort of games I like. Anyway it is still my fault if the server doesn't work smoothly: I never even subscribed as a member, be it only one year!

I hope you will benefit from my "philosophy" and reconsider using a language that could hurt our wonderful webmaster. :-)

the same thing happened to me ,and I manage my time very well.always eager to play as often as i am able.but it has happened 3 times to me in the last 2 years.ALWAYS when you have many games going & lots of time( is this designed to do this on this site?).you just cant get into LGM.and when you do surprise.and the clock doesnt stop for some reason,even when LGM stops.

and of course,yes it has happened again this week,right on schedule

other than that.I love this site.I just have to come to the realization that you wont be allowed to improve your ratings to any degree.

I have never timed out and very rarely used a vacation day .
