Thank you, I have tried contacting him but without any reply. Is there another webmaster here?

I have a similar problem: I have a second pc and cannot login there because I "lost" the mail with my current password. Trying to reset the password, I get an HTTP status 500 error. Tried it with IE 11 and Chrome. As it is the first time since the new website design, I wonder if something goes wrong there. Has anyone else managed to get a new password in the new design?

I will try to contact Richard as well.

I have a piece of paper with my password taped to the computer.  Very high tech and all.

I have three devices, my Phone, laptop and a pc that I occasionally use for LG. But if my pw has changed, and I wait one or two weeks before using it on the pc, it is not accepted anymore (I suppose that's some security Richard built in), so I have to ask for a new pw.

Is there some way to transfer the authorization cookie from one computer to another?

Paul, I confirm what you are writing. The login with the new password is the problem. Change of browser or computer/device does not help.

I sent Richard a message too. I'm afraid we will have to wait until he does something about it.

I just found out a second option to reset password, but the trick is you have to be logged in to do so...

I was getting very nervous when my android Phone did not login automatically on LG, so my laptop was my only device that I could play with. But it appears that in the top right menu there is a choice "My Profile", and yes, there is also a button "Reset Password", and that button works! For all those who look farther then ther nose is long (a Dutch saying) this will be known already, but maybe I am helping someone with this...

Anyway, until now I did not get any reaction from Richard about the "Forgotten Password" problem :-((
