multiple identities in same championship division Stinger and Chentz

Both of these Russian players (Stinger and Chentz) in the same championship section played the exact same game against me until move eight, then, on my move nine,  I called out Chentz on his multiple identities and suggested the good sportsmanship thing to do would be to resign all games of one of the identities.   Instead he played two different moves on move ten.  I realize that cheating like this happens on this site, it is too bad that there is nothing ever done about such cheating.    It is very unfair to other players in the championships.
