Negative time limit?!

In one of my current havannah games my opponent takes his time. Today his thinking time is shown as -18 hours. Is that normal? I thought that I should win it, allthough he has the better position...

Every once in a while, some cron job on the server hangs. When that happens, no monthly cups are started, the infinite matches don't take place, and people can't lose on time.

However, unless they make a move before the server gets restarted, they will lose on time (unless they have vacation days left).
