Infinite tournament history lost?

I was wondering what would happen when an infinite tournament got deep into the # of rounds, and now I see in shogi 5x6 that the early rounds are no longer displayed, the tournament page now starts with round 3. I assume there are other games that are also losing the history of the early rounds? That is too bad to have the history truncated. I would like to see maybe a scroll bar at the top of the tournament page and show only the recent games on the screen, and then you can scroll back into the history.

It would be more logical to have the latest round left rather than right anyways...
