Cannon. A new game on LG?

Hi, I want to refresh the discussion on new games on LG.
My favorite candidate is the game "Cannon":http//www.di.fc.ul.pt/~jpn/gv/cannon.htm .It`s a very challenging game with much action the whole game long. People who know it, know what I mean.

It would certainly be fun and engaging, but there are other games id rather see.

I've played Cannon before and think it would be a very good addition, although there are of course other candidates. Backgammon and Chinese Chess would also be on my wish list.

I think Cannon is a very elegant game, only one type of piece and not too many rules, but plenty of play and some nice tactics.

Chinese chess is greek to me.

Chinese chess aka Xiangqi is also on top at my wish list but the chase-rules are probably difficult To implement.
Btw. does anybody know the game "Murus Gallicus"? I"s quite new. Evented ~2010 and real fun.

All of the games I have seen discussed here recently (Murus Gallicus, Xiangqi, Cannon) are implemented real time at http://www.iggamecenter.com/, a great site that doesn't get enough traffic.

Xiangqi is played very actively, and at a very high level at http://www.clubxiangqi.com/ -- and doubtless elsewhere.
