This Privacy Policy explains how SnapCross, SnapSeven, and SnapSnake handle information when you use the mobile apps.

Information handled by the app

The apps do not require an account. Puzzle progress, hint balance, settings, language choice, completed puzzle history, and statistics are stored locally on your device.

The apps do not send your puzzle progress, statistics, hint balance, or settings to a Snap Games server.

Network content

The apps may download puzzle bundles, photos, and related attribution information from configured content servers and photo providers. These requests can expose standard network information, such as IP address, device request headers, and access time, to the service that receives the request.

Photo attribution links may open Unsplash or another external website. External websites are governed by their own privacy policies.

Purchases

The apps offer optional purchases, such as Plus subscriptions and hint packs. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Snap Games does not operate its own payment server and does not receive your full payment card details.

Advertising and tracking

The apps do not show third-party ads and do not use data for cross-app or cross-site tracking.

Data sharing

The apps do not sell personal data. The apps do not share your local puzzle progress or statistics with other companies or organizations. App store providers and external content services may process data under their own terms when you use purchases, downloads, or external links.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until you delete the app, clear the app data, or reset progress inside the app where available. Because the apps do not create user accounts, there is no server-side account to delete.

Children

The apps are not directed to children under 13. Do not use the apps if you are not old enough under the laws that apply to you.

Changes

We may update this policy when the apps, legal requirements, or store requirements change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
