Include the game name, platform, app version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send passwords or payment details.

Common help

  • Purchases are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play.
  • Use Restore purchases if Plus is active but content remains locked.
  • Puzzle progress is stored on the device.
  • Deleting the app may delete local progress.
