My epilogue: I spent a lot of time in LG from June 2009 to July 2015. I dedicated a lot to time to each game, had never studied games so much in-depth before. I enjoyed a lot, improved a lot, from single digit kyu to 1 dan.
I only lost 7 games in 74 and reached 2.8d level (I am not as good in "real-time" games, but reached 1 dan in KGS). I criticized the handicap system that made it impossible to play monthly championships unless you were underrated.
Over two years later, LG has inscribed me without any intervention from my side in a 13 games tournament.
I:
1. Don't have time to play any more (work + family).
2. Could never manage 13 simultaneous games with the amount of attention I used to pay.
3. Have crazy handicaps because I am the highest ranked player in the tournament.
Sorry for any inconvenience, I resign all my games at move 1 so that should not be unfair to any other players.
