How about new game on littlegolem

It could be play on board 39x39 (2x2 go boards)

First player put 2 black stones, subsequently, white and black take turns, putting 4 stones each turn

The player who is the first to get 8 or more stones in a row (horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) wins

I trying play with 7 in a row but I think first player have winning strategy then.

What do you thing about this? It could be innteresting long game

Are you trying to be funny or…

What about each player having a set number of stones.

If you play 2 stones you need to form 6 in a row to win on that turn. If you play 3 stones you must form 7 in a row to win in that turn. For 4 stones played, form 8 in a row to win. For n stones played form a row of n+4 to win.

After you have used all your stones you can make no more turns. That means the other player, if they have any stones left over, can probably go on to win.
