No. It's 23:00 UTC. (GMT for those living in the 70s). By then, it's midnight in most of Europe, including Slovakia, IIRC.

If you go to “Game of empathy”, it says “remaining time” on the right hand side. Here you can see how much time is left of the round. It reaches zero at midnight CET (Central European Time).
